Just like the La Times got the hometown and homestate of the new Publisher (both of which were nowhere near LA, of course) wrong - for NINE days - at least the LA Times finally discovered that they got the biography of their old Editor wrong.
Ooops! They didn't! Someone else discovered that!

But does the LA Times at least admit to the error on the now changed page?
Of course not!
My suspicions are you won't have much of a newspaper to kick around anymore in the future. The Los Angeles Times' future is not bright or is no brighter than much of the city it serves: A community that's becoming poorer and more illiterate with each passing year.
