My collective thanks in case I miss personally thanking anyone.

I’d like to thank everyone for all the kind words and particularly thank those who helped me this past week.  And now, as always, life will continue to go on, enhanced now by his too short presence among us, diminished by his loss and sustained by our memory of how honorably he lived that life.
