.... Michael Delijani, who now owns four historic Broadway theaters. The Los Angeles Theatre, the Palace Theater, the State Theater and now the Tower Theater. This happened after nightlife promoter Cedd Moses was rumored to have been in - and out - of escrow not once, but twice on the Tower Theater which at one point was alleged to have as many as ten bidders interested. And with the Orpheum being consistently booked and the Million Dollar soon to re-open as a theater again, the long awaited rebirth of Broadway may finally be coming.
The Tower will also provide another potential venue for BoxEight's greatly expanded Fashion Week this October that will complement the rumored moving of IMG's Fashion Week from Culver City's Smash Box to Downtown's Convention Center.
