The homeless man so brutually beaten several weeks ago in Downtown Los Angeles it was not certain if he was going to live, is now out of danger. He has even recovered enough to be transferred into an after care rehabilitation center.
Ernest, though, still has a lot of rehab to do, and the medical after affects of the attack are not yet all known, but he is already well enough to walk and shower by himself.
