Mayor Garcetti to Hold Press Conference on IBEW (the main DWP union) Local 18 Contract 11:30 AM Thursday UPDATE - David Zahn

Since everyone involved has said how optimistic they were today about the progress that was being made - and since many of the key - and most complex issues -  such as work rules - will be punted into the near future, it is possible that a rough overall deal has been agreed upon.   And here is a link to my background story at the Huffington Post.
